BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 6400 block of Bonny Oaks Drive, being on the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive southeast of Basswood Drive. Part of Tract B, Amended Plat of Eastern Hills, as shown by plat of record in plat book 20, page 72, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 4358, page 919, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive some 475 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive with the southeast line of Basswood Drive, thence northeast some 215 feet to a point in the cul-de-sac (having a radius of 35 feet) at the end of Lolla Road (unopened), thence southeast and northeast some 105 feet around said cul-de-sac, thence southeast some 335 feet to the northeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive, thence northwest some 220 feet with Bonny Oaks Drive to the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 129L-D-24 (part). from M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
